# Forms
Old canary of the forms module: versioned questionnaires, append-only submissions and role-sliced rendering.
Use when you need audit-grade questionnaires: the forms module that ships with Open Mercato core now does this.
When not to use it: Do not install this canary. Enable forms from core instead.

On hold: Moved into Open Mercato core (open-mercato#6770). Do not install.

Superseded by the built-in module forms.
